Airport Transfers :

We arrange for all transfers from and to the International Airport of Padang Minangkabau in comfortable, air-conditioned cars. The service is free of cost for clients staying 3 nights or more at the resort.

Internet facilities :

Through wifi access or via network cable, our hotspot is available to clients in the common reas of the resort : bar, restaurant and TV lounge.

Telephone connections :

Only cellular connections are available on the island. The connectivity is not always perfect, but it works ! Most western providers offer roaming facilities in Indonesia, yet you should check with your provider before departure. We propose at cost Indonesian prepaid cards or a skype telephone service.

Laundry Service :

In our remote Paradise automation is not available : we wash everything by hand, and dry all under the sun. Laundry service is available, yet please allow us some time !

Library and TV lounge :

Located in the mezzanine over the restaurant, the library is maintained on an exchange basis : clients may drop their books here and pick up new ones.

The TV is located in the same area. 2 Satellite dishes are available for most common channels, a DVD player is also available with a variety of movies

Cottages amenities :

All cottages are fitted with a safe, ceiling fans and a mini bar. Hair dryers are also available on request.

Ticketing :

Air tickets confirmations, local air tickets modifications and purchases, car rentals with driver, may be arranged by the front desk. 

Beach Towels and Mats, snorkeling equipments :

Are at the guests disposal, entirely freely.

Beach towels are refreshed every day for your comfort. Please help us protect our fragile environment : don't over use them !

Free flow of Tea and Coffee :

At the restaurant or at the bar, Sumatran Tea and Coffee are freely available any time in the day.
